DataSynch for use with QuickBooks and Salesforce Evolving

Our first generation of the DataSynch product has been a great success. Our customers are moving data between QuickBooks and Salesforce every day, all day. But like any software there is always room for improvement.

 

Next week we will begin to roll out to selected customers a new build of DataSynch for use with QuickBooks and Salesforce. The functionality will basically be the same, but the way the software accomplishes the tasks will be quite different.

One of the reasons for the change is to provide a more extendable architecture. While we always recommend our customers be frugal when it comes to customizations we know that some customers cannot operate without them. The new architecture allows us to provide customizations in a more isolated manner. This means our entire customer base will operate from the same core set of software modules and benefit from any updates made to that core. This will greatly enhance the time we can provide updates to customers when an enhancement is made.

 

Over the course of the next two weeks I will be describing more changes and also be introducing other innovations from the Pervasive DataSolutions Team....stay tuned.
