DataSolutions Support Service Level Response Time Policy

DataSolutions Product level support is a guaranteed 24 hour callback service.

Email support request are answered via email no more than 24 hours from the delivery to Pervasive.

Phone support is handled in a similar manner, a call made to Pervasive for DataSolutions products will not be transferred to a live queue. Contact and product information will be gathered by a live agent and calls will be returned in a priority manner. If the call is logged prior to 1PM CST during a normal business day, a return call will be made by Pervasive the day of the initial call. If a call is logged after 1PM CST a return call will be made no later than 12 noon the next business day.
